Hello guys! Today I have some interesting news for chess fans that follow my youtube channel.
As you may know, I have been playing chess lately, so recently an account called "NFIDE" messaged me on Twitter, I didn't really know what to expect since I didn't know any of their stuff, but they talked to me for a bit and saw they were just starting up as an indie game dev group. They wanted me to play a beta of their new game "Queen Castling".
We were chatting for a bit, they told me about the process and showed me some concept art as well, which is honestly dope, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share it here
Anyway, they sent me a file, and I played it for a little bit. I played a tutorial section, and walked around for a while. I couldn't do anything other than the tutorial since it was VERY early beta, but this looks really nice. The graphics are clean and I really liked the character designs so far. The menus look dope as well. I told them I'll definitely make a video on it so I can show you guys more, it looks promising and the people involved are very talented.
